Mr. Anmol Chadha


Mr. Anmol Chadha is the key player to develop and drive Firm’s vision ahead. He is a focused advocate with a clear goal to provide practical and ideal solutions to the client. He possesses a diverse work experience from working in the chambers of Mr. Neeraj Grover, Advocate at the Delhi High Court, for prestigious companies/clients like Bata India, Haldiram’s, Ramsons Perfumes, etc to starting his independent counsel and advisory practice in New Delhi, he has come a long way and by co-founding CM Law Chambers, he has become two leaps ahead.

He specializes in IP Laws with a key focus on Trademark and Copyright Litigation and Prosecution. The list of clients, he currently represents and advises, include Karate India Organisation, Asia Paints, Century World, TCL Monitors, MassonBakes, etc. Apart from this he also judges in various international and national competitions such as moot courts, ADR tournaments and Model United Nations Conferences.

Mr. Mayank Maini


Mr. Mayank Maini is a partner at CM Law Chambers, he has been the driving force in making CM Law Chambers as one of the premiere multi-speciality law firms with his extensive knowledge, fairness and empathy. He believes in building strong relationships with clients and each other internally across the firm. He is a graduate from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. Before co-founding CM Law Chambers, he has worked in various renowned offices and law firms including Karanjawala & Company as well as the chambers of Mr. Chander M Maini, Advocate at the Delhi High Court, for prestigious companies/clients like DLF, Tata Sons, Taj Group etc. as well as represented various clients across different Courts of India. In order to use his knowledge and to gain experience, he even started his own independent counsel and advisory practice in New Delhi. Mr. Maini specializes in Criminal Laws with a key focus on White Collar crimes, Commercial Litigation as well as Matrimonial Litigation. With his experience and ability of handling all disputes, he is successfully representing and advising a list of clients, which include Karate India Organisation, Asia Paints, Modi Rubber, Amba Sales etc. In addition to this, he is one of the favourite choices of organisers to judge various international moot court competitions.
