He specializes in IP Laws with a key focus on Trademark and Copyright Litigation and Prosecution. The list of clients, he currently represents and advises, include Karate India Organisation, Asia Paints, Century World, TCL Monitors, MassonBakes, etc. Apart from this he also judges in various international and national competitions such as moot courts, ADR tournaments and Model United Nations Conferences.
Mr. Mayank Maini is a partner at CM Law Chambers, he has been the driving force in making CM Law Chambers as one of the premiere multi-speciality law firms with his extensive knowledge, fairness and empathy.
